Recruitment Process | DWS

STEP 1:  Assessment

Your resume, skills and past experience will be reviewed and compared to the role you have applied for, as well as any other opportunities we may have for you.


STEP 2:  Initial Interview

Our Recruitment Team will have a discussion with you about what you are looking for and answer any questions you have.


STEP 3:  Aptitude Test

Depending on the role, you may be asked to take an aptitude test to assess your logical reasoning abilities.


STEP 4:  Peer Interview

One of our experienced DWS Consultants with a similar background to you may be in touch to discuss more detail around skills, expertise and experience in your field.


STEP 5:  References

You will be asked to provide two references from previous employers. If required, we may also ask your permission to carry out a Criminal Record or a Workers Right Status search.


STEP 6:  Offer
