STEP 1:  Apply

Your resume, skills and past experience will be reviewed and compared to the role you have applied for, as well as any other opportunities we may have for you.

 

STEP 2:  Tell us about yourself

Our Recruitment Team will meet with you to discuss what you are looking for and answer any questions you have.

 

STEP 3:  Show us what you can do

Depending on the role, you may be asked to undertake an exercise to show us your technical capability.

 

STEP 4:  Meet with one of your potential colleagues

One of our experienced DWS Consultants with a similar background to you may be in touch to discuss more detail around skills, expertise and experience in your field.

 

STEP 5:  References

You will be asked to provide two references from previous employers. If required, we may also ask your permission to carry out a Criminal Record or a Workers Right Status search.

 

STEP 6:  Offer
